Hey Long Island! Check out News12 Tonight @ 7 pm

For a Lighthouse LI discussion between Lighthouse group President Michael Picker and Town of Hempstead Representative Mike Deery.

Sadly Supervisor Kate Murray will NOT be there tonight for this televised discussion. She has declined the invitation as she has prior commitments.

She does that a lot when it comes to this project, doesn't she?

So here what both sides have to say before the big day tomorrow and check the Lightpost for more information on the project and the meetings.

My ideal scenario is still Charles B. Wang getting the project done, rebuilding the new Coliseum and then a few years later, selling the Islanders (once the team's value has increased due to the surrounding property) to someone who actually knows what they're doing when it comes to building a hockey team.

He can then ride off in the sunset with his millions from the development of the property and even come to a game once in a while to see the team flourish with a new owner who's first priority is winning hockey games.
