11:46: They say it is better to be lucky than good. So far the Islanders have been very lucky. The post and boards just wide of the nets have seen the most action. And #NotoriousNateThompson had two great chances, but it's still 0 - 0.

The Penguins have a very impressive record of 17-8-0 while the Isles are 9-9-7, just at that .500 mark. The loss will push them down and may push Scott Gordon off the ledge.
