Okay people, think whatever you'd like about Eklund and Hockeybuzz.com, but this guy does know his stuff and did live through the dark days of the first "work stoppage." I know because I was there.
If you are a hockey fan at all, you should take the time to actually sit and read this lengthly history lesson which is followed by some interesting possible solutions.
We KNOW the NHL business model does not work and something needs to be done. We have only 32 days to do it in. Both sides need to roll up their sleeves and get it done.
