Tom Suozzi is set to announce an agreement between Nassau County and the developers of the Lighthouse project on the much talked about "lease."
The press conference is to take place tomorrow at Noon at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building at 1550 Franklin Ave, Mineola.
I am not sure what the lease contains or whether any of Kate Murray's much publicized "demands" have been included. I'm not even sure if she knows an agreement has been reached. But this is indeed going to stir things up before Saturday.
As it's a noon time line... I intend to BE THERE!

Today was simply the beginning of the end, worst day of all.
No calls or getting parties into a room as Suozzi said he would do, Wang-Rechler making clear it's all or nothing now. Suozzi keeps his political promise and throws this out by Wang's deadline to save face.
Even some new language that lease is void if Smg is not out in seven years.
TOH will never agree to these forced terms by Saturday or ten years from Saturday. Wang's comments on TOH say it all.
It's over, Wang-Suozzi-Rechler put on their show, some dumb outlets will report the team is saved and not read between lines.
TOH will reject this if they respond at all by 10/3 and just continue to demand what they want and how quickly they have moved or will relaunch the redo the Coliseum only idea to win support from Islander fans.
It's over, Wang will find a buyer and after he has been treated may just look first to someone elsewhere.
